The Holiday turnaround may be more challenging this year with Brexit transition and the accompanying border and customs changes (to say nothing of all our personal upheavals dealing with various COVID tiers). We're extending our working hours to cope with client demand and work around these problems to give you the best possible service. And we hope you have a great festive season despite the obstacles!

Re-opening for business — 7.30 AM, Monday 04.01.2021

⚠️ We are experiencing a surge of orders as manufacturers prepare for the transition, and a concurrent uptick in sector demand for products and services as a bounceback from Lockdown 2.

To best deal with the end-of-year changes please factor into your business planning:
— product order leadtime of 1 week
— order as early as possible (check your demand planning)
— consider additional buffer stock
— monitor Brexit deal/no-deal updates for potential further customs & border disruption

Many OEMs are re-looking at VMI (vendor managed inventory) services to hand-off the management, delivery and supply of parts to their production lines to alleviate the increased complexity of this situation going into 2021.
